Since the introduction of new GST online services on 7 February, tax agents have provided valuable feedback to Inland Revenue on the usability of the new services. Inland Revenue has engaged with groups of tax agents to understand what is working well and not so well.

Following several enhancements to GST in myIR on 2 August, the purpose of this webinar is to demonstrate the enhancements, check whether they have improved your experience, provide an overview of what enhancements are coming next, and finally, take your questions.

  • Understand the process IRD has followed to understand tax agents pain points and to jointly prioritise enhancements
  • Understand what changes have been made to improve tax agents’ experience, and confidence in using the new GST services, and reducing effort
  • Know which enhancements are currently in progress and timeframe for launch
