Serj has over 25 years of experience across a wide range of tax practice areas. Serj started his early career at KPMG and Inland Revenue. He then joined the Shell Oil Company where he managed all things tax for Shell companies in Asia Pacific. Serj brings his experience to Bellingham Wallace and believes in making the complex world of tax, simple.
Serj enjoys advising on property tax, structuring transactions for tax efficiency, and working with clients to achieve the best outcome through Inland Revenue dealings. Given his global experience, Serj has practical insight and experience in international tax structuring, transfer pricing, efficient structuring of foreign investments and due diligence work on transactions with a tax focus.
Serj is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of CAANZ with a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Waikato and a Master of Taxation Studies from The University of Auckland.
