Julia is an employment lawyer who specializes in legal education. As director of KiwiBoss, she delivers inhouse training and consulting on people management, employment law compliance, and privacy law to help businesses create better workplaces. Julia regularly delivers training through the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ), and this year will also present public courses and inhouse training directly through KiwiBoss, she has also lectured in human resources for tertiary institutions. Julia is an employment columnist for the NZ Herald.
