Farm Succession Planning 2023 - 28 June 2023 (On Demand)

Description

Farm succession planning is never an easy task. Increased regulation in recent years and into the future has made the task much more difficult for farming families and those advising them.

In this webinar we will be working through the challenges associated with succession planning for a real farming family, including the challenge of on and off farm children, inflexible existing structures, and potentially unfavourable tax consequences.

The real-life scenario will provide attendees with the tools to be able to commence and carry out their own succession planning scenarios whilst being cognizant of the legal, accounting and taxation issues that they need to consider.

The webinar assumes a reasonable level of familiarity with farm accounting and taxation issues and will be practically focused.
