Property transactions are ‘high risk’ from a Professional Indemnity Insurance perspective and LCRO perspective. There are recent Standards Committee and LCRO decisions that anyone acting on property transactions needs to be aware of to avoid ‘falling foul’ of the requirements now being imposed on practitioners.

This webinar considers the fact scenario of a recent LCRO decision that many firms would likely find themselves in a similar predicament if the same facts arose. How to identify such risks and mitigate them will be discussed. All involved in property transactions, whether preparing or supervising will benefit from this topic.

LINZ is currently in the midst of a rebuild of Landonline under the ‘STEP’ programme.
