Understanding and calculating leave entitlements and payments of the various leave types is extremely important in payroll. With many of the legislative acts being difficult to interpret.

This webinar will provide in depth information in regards to calculating termination pays. This will include presentation regarding;

• Annual leave payments of outstanding annual leave
• Payment of Holiday Pay for the current year’s earnings
• Payment of Alternative Leave, Public Holidays and any lieu time payable on termination
• Payment of any other payments, including retirement or redundancy payments

Anneke has been working with the Findex payroll team since 2018. Over this time her role has included processing of payroll and payroll reviews.

Anneke has had the opportunity to work off-site with clients to provide payroll processing support.

More recently Anneke’s role has included training and mentoring of new payroll team members.

Anneke completed her NZPPA Payroll Masterclass workshop 2019, and in 2016 completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management.
